Orsolya leads Quadshift’s controllership and FP&A functions, helping drive disciplined decision-making across the portfolio. She brings deep experience in financial reporting, planning, and performance management, and is passionate about making finance a strategic, decision-enabling function.
Prior to joining Quadshift, Orsolya held multiple leadership roles in the professional services and entertainment sectors. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with teams to improve forecasting, strengthen controls, and support scalable growth. Earlier in her career, she worked at Ernst & Young in the Growth Markets sector. Orsolya is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University.
