Gary Toste

Gary Toste brings over 30 years of extensive technical and business expertise to his role as CEO of Quadshift’s Chemical Compliance Division. Since taking the helm, Gary has overseen four acquisitions, successfully integrating them to drive significant growth and profitability.

An efficiency-driven leader, Gary specializes in scaling organizations from start-ups to mature enterprises. At Quadshift, Gary is known for managing a lean team and a tight budget while delivering market-leading solutions that exceed client expectations.

Prior to Quadshift, Gary founded CanadaSDS and Brisk Mobile, and served as COO of BiblioCommons. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Brightspark Ventures, including a tenure as SVP of Product and Services at Tira Wireless. Gary is a frequent speaker on product lifecycle management and holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
